Order processing: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Shipping times: Because we work directly with global suppliers to keep prices low, standard delivery typically takes 7-14 business days to the United States. Some items may arrive sooner. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout for each product.

 

Shipping costs: We offer free standard shipping on all orders unless otherwise noted at checkout.

 

Tracking: Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 7 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll investigate.

 

Delays: Occasionally customs or carrier delays can extend delivery beyond our estimates. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us for a replacement or full refund.

 

Address accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once shipped, and orders returned due to an incorrect address may require a reshipping fee.
